You must provide accurate, up-to-date registration info. You are responsible for your password, account security, and linked OAuth accounts (Google, Microsoft, Discord, GitHub, Spotify).

Access to premium features may require a valid license key or subscription linked to your account. Unauthorized sharing or duplication of licenses is prohibited.

5. Admin Rights & Moderation

Administrators may suspend, reset, modify, or delete user accounts or licenses to enforce security, fix issues, or prevent misuse.

6. User-Generated Content

When using chats, friend features, or support, you must not send illegal, offensive, or spam content. We reserve the right to monitor and moderate all submissions.

7. Termination & Suspension

We may terminate or suspend access to your account without notice if you violate these terms or disrupt the platform's functionality or security.

8. Disclaimers

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties. We do not guarantee uptime, data integrity, or uninterrupted access at all times.

9. Limitation of Liability

Entity Client is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages resulting from the use of our platform or services.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Maltese law. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Malta.
