By accessing or using the Entity Client dashboard and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree, do not use our platform.

You agree to use the platform in compliance with all applicable laws and for lawful purposes only. You will not:

• Engage in illegal activities or violate any third-party rights.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the dashboard or data.
• Misuse or interfere with the security features of the platform.

3. Accounts and Registration

To use our services, you must provide accurate and complete registration information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and any linked accounts (Google, Microsoft, Discord, GitHub, Spotify).

4. Licenses and Subscriptions

Your use of premium features may be subject to valid license keys managed via Auth.gg and your account. You agree not to share or misuse these licenses.

5. Admin Rights and User Management

Admins have the right to manage accounts and licenses, including banning accounts, resetting passwords, and deleting users when appropriate to maintain platform integrity.

6. User Content and Messages

By using customer support, chat, or friend features, you agree to communicate respectfully and not post offensive or illegal content. We reserve the right to moderate and remove content that violates these rules.

7. Termination and Suspension

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these terms, misuse the platform, or compromise security. We will provide notice where required by law.

8. Disclaimers

The platform is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. You use the dashboard at your own risk.

9. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malta. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Malta.
